Stoke Gifford and Conygre Road Medical Centre
Working with Osmond Tricks, we constructed a new 2 storey extension to the rear of the surgery, to create additional 3 new GP rooms, staff room & small operating facilities, along with a new pharmacy extension to the front.
The surgery was open through the build and we ensured working with our key stakeholders there was minimal disruption throughout the project.

Extending and altering medical practices
Extending and enhancing existing facilities for growing needs of these 2 medical practices. RICE Centre requiring additional office space and St George's - additional consulting rooms.
Both projects very well received, completing on time and on budget with great client feedback.
Refurbishment, alterations and extension to a Medical Centre in Bristol
This is our second major project for Pioneer Medical Group. This 1950’s medical practice has been altered and refurbished throughout, everything internal has been stripped out and replaced with new. This project included a large extension being added to the rear of the building to add another seven consultation rooms.

This is Extension and refurbishments of care accommodation in Taunton
A refurbishment of an existing facility, managed by Cygnet Health Care.
The project comprised demolition of an existing building and construction of a new three storey attached extension to provide 12 new en-suite bedrooms, social areas and administration accommodation.

The 3rd of 4 new health centre developments, built for GVA (now Avison Young) in recent years. Construction of a two storey extension to the health centre, and refurbishment of the existing building. The new facility provides state of the art medical facilities to the local community.

Construction of a new Medical Practice in Bristol
The latest of 4 new health centres to be
completed for GVA, which opened its
doors in the Autumn of 2018. This new surgery was commissioned by The Wedmore Practice which merged with a number of other practices to form Bridge View Medical.
