To deliver a new residential development

Melhuish & Saunders Ltd was appointed by Alliance Homes to deliver a new residential development at 35 Friendship Road, Nailsea, creating four high-quality apartments to provide much-needed homes within the local community.
The project involved the demolition of existing garages before constructing a contemporary two-storey apartment building, together with associated parking, landscaping and external works. The completed development provides attractive, energy-efficient homes designed to complement the surrounding neighbourhood.

CONSTRUCTION & DESIGN

The project transformed an underutilised site into a modern residential development that makes effective use of the available space while enhancing the surrounding area.

The new apartment building was carefully designed to provide four well-planned homes over two floors, with two apartments located on the ground floor and two on the first floor. Throughout construction, close attention was paid to quality, durability and the overall appearance of the development, ensuring it integrated successfully within the existing residential setting.
The result is a development that combines practical living spaces with attractive external design, creating homes that will serve the local community for many years to come.
