Subcontractor & Supplier Selection
Our approved list of subcontractors and suppliers has been built over many years and continues to grow through recommendations and the company’s expanding work.
New subcontractors and suppliers are vetted through a Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ), which gathers essential information about your company and your ability to meet our requirements. The process is as follows:
Download the PQQ — complete and return the form.
Approval — if successful, your company will be added to our approved list and invited to tender for future projects.
Pre-Commencement Meeting — once a project is agreed, we arrange a meeting to discuss site details, programme, health & safety, delivery arrangements, and more.
Performance Monitoring — site managers monitor subcontractors daily; Contracts Managers review performance via site visits and meetings. A performance report is completed at project end.
Annual Review — our approved list is reviewed annually, with a three-year cycle for vetting subcontractors not used recently.
