Description of Works
The works comprised of constructing a single storey Children's Centre in part of the existing playground of Brookside Primary School. The building is of trditional build with a small steel frame construction built in the centre of the building to allow for a large open nursery area. The building was built off a raft foundation, the superstructure being os a cavity blockwork with external through-coloured render and an internal decorated plastered finish. The building has a large external nursery area, children's and disabled WCs, offices, kitchen, quite room, stores and an outside children's soft play area.
