Overview of the Joinery Department
The Joinery Department works in conjunction with the Building Department on most of Melhuish & Saunders' construction projects, but also on an independent basis.
The department is housed in a purpose-designed unit at Wirral Park, Glastonbury, opposite the offices of Melhuish & Saunders at Landmark House.
Our joiners produce all types of joinery products for use in our new build and refurbishment projects, including windows frames, doors and door frames, stairs, shelving units, gates, reception desks and many more bespoke items.
The department currently employs one joiner, Nigel Allen, who has over 40 years experience. Nigel has one apprentice joiner who is studying joinery part-time at college.
